I enjoyed having Chris around for the purpose of valuation, he is enormously knowledgeable.
I felt that your demeanour and conscientious approach was very impressive and stood you head and shoulders against some other agents who have valued our property.
I just wanted to mention what a great job you have done in helping us along the way. All we kept hearing from people was 'estate agents can be this and that, they need chasing' same with solicitors. However, Yourself and our solicitors were fantastic. We couldn't of asked for better communication from either of you and it made the whole process a lot easier and a lot less stressful. We will certainly look to use Spencers in the future if we decide to sell. I just wanted to let you know as its always nice to know when you are doing a good job.
