Welcome to October! On my last newsletter, I said that by the October newsletter I might be a mum, well I never quite recognised how quickly that might happen!
After our super-successful open day at Forge View in S10, where we showed many very keen buyers round the show home, I went into labour and my twins were born 24 hours later by emergency Caesarean section, as they had both decided to try to exit bottom first, at the same time.
The show home event was an enormous success, everyone complemented every part of the design, style, and layout, with most falling in love with the interiors as well as the incredible finish to the construction. We are still undertaking personalised tours of the show house, although we do have offers in on two of the three remaining plots, which would mean that there could be only one house remaining - so BE QUICK if you would like to show an interest.
Madison and Rudi (Maddie and Roo) were obviously way too intrigued as to what was going on and just couldn't wait to get out to take a look for themselves. Unfortunately, as they are in Special Care at the Jessops still, they will have to wait just a little bit longer for their look round. In the meantime, look out for us finding ways to fundraise for the unit at Jessops - what an incredible place.
Enjoy this gorgeous Autumn month and I will catch up with you in November. Have fun.
