Welcome to September! Firstly, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the people at properties that I have been to this month whilst my Senior Valuer, Chris, has been on holiday. Being an enormously pregnant person running round 5-8 houses a day has been challenging (!) BUT I have to say that the generosity and empathy that I have experienced along the way has made it all worthwhile! I have been offered food, drink, conveniences, cushions, footstools, and even a foot rub! So, "Thank You", I have had a ball meeting you all and you have warmed the cockles of my heart!
Being back doing full time valuations is a great thing to do from time to time, as it makes you refocus on clients and their needs, and no one fights harder than a business owner for new business, so I have found myself being more tenacious than ever to win jobs. We have some fabulous new properties on this month for both sale and rental and I am really pleased - read on to find out more.
 Nothing is set to change at Spencers whilst I am having my twins, as I am all organised to continue working, and we have another new member of staff joining us over the next couple of weeks so watch this space! This month saw the arrival of Rebecca, our new Lettings Manager, who has loads of experience and lots of enthusiasm. If you haven't called in to meet her yet, please do so as you can't fail to be impressed.
The next time I check in with you all I may well be a Mum (eek) but I can't wait to find out what they are and to share our news with you all.
