Crumbs! What happened to February? I am sorry the newsletter is late but I have to be honest and say that I am completely flummoxed by the disappearance of a whole month! 
 
February has been MANIC. We took the highest volume of offers in one day last Monday and our poor little phones were ringing off the hook. A house on High Storrs had 37 viewings in one week with eight offers - do you own a house in S11? At the moment, semi-detached houses in the area are flying out the door, some achieving extraordinary results. It is definitely currently a seller's market for these properties.
