Greetings! 

 

Welcome to our December Newsletter from Spencers. I am going to do my best not to be super-Christmassy as I ordinarily have a ban on Christmas until much later in the month! (The Grinch)
 
It's a funny time in the market at the moment, as we are still so busy taking offers and selling properties that we are seeing some extraordinary results. We are up 50% on our sales so far this tax year and our rental department is thriving with us taking on exactly the kind of stock that we were always hoping for. Our approach to rentals has certainly made some sit up and take notice of our efforts. 
 
Visit our blog Dad organised a retirement dinner at Baldwins, which was absolutely great. We presented him with a membership for Sickleholme so anyone who wants to feel good about their golf should call him for a game! If you were at the dinner, see if you made it to our BLOG OF FAME!

I would like to say a massive thank you to all of our clients for their support throughout 2013, as there has been a lot going on with our expansion, rebrand, and return to the rental market.
