 Welcome to our October Newsletter from Spencers.
Oh my goodness, so much to tell you! It has been a busy month! This month has welcomed the new starter that is the infamous Marilyn Swales, who is already my rock and is making me laugh daily, as well as our new valuer Chris Spooner, who has just joined us and is ready to take the world by storm.
Spencers are growing, expanding, improving and developing new important relationships all the time and we feel very honoured to hear such great feedback from clients and from friends who are very proud of where we are and where the company is heading.
Sad news is that James Bridgland is moving on to pastures new, but with our blessing and our thanks for his time back at Spencers (again!). James has been offered an excellent challenge and opportunity and I am very proud that he has been head hunted, it proves to us that Spencers is being watched and admired by our competitors! Thank you James for your commitment, loyalty, and respect of Spencers and we wish you all the very best. Please don't be a stranger.
Valuations going forwards are being undertaken still by; Dad (he is still here, I haven't sacked him yet), by me, who is brimming with pride being out there on the road boasting about Spencers and all our new ideas, and by Chris Spooner, who has over ten years experience valuing and handling property transactions. I promise you will all love him as much as you did James!
With the winter months approaching, we are all talking about what a great year it has been but it isn't over yet! We still have three good selling / buying / renting months left and we have some great instructions coming on - watch this space!
