Greetings! 

 

Welcome to our June Newsletter from Spencers. Well, I may have spoken a little too soon about the weather on my last newsletter getting rather overexcited about the Spring but I am going to remain positive and confident that the crazy hazy summer days are almost upon us. 
 A MASSIVE congratulations this month to our beautiful Sally Potter who got married on May 24th to her boy next door, Jon Pupius of John Gaunt Solicitors. Sally looked absolutely stunning, pulling off an (almost) innocent beauty whilst Jon looked as dapper as always. Congrats guys, we love you very much. 
 
Our rental department is doing incredibly well, with some great clients coming to us with their properties. Thank you. We are very proud to be getting some fantastic feedback on what we are trying to achieve revolutionising the rental market. We do need more good stock in the south and south west of the city or the city centre, as we have many clients waiting to rent on our books. Get in touch for more info.

SPENCERS Top Tips!

The way to get along with both purchasers and sellers, with both tenants and landlords, is to always offer the best advice. This does not mean the best advice for who you are talking to it means the genuine best advice. This is why we are outsourcing our inventories to a professional APIP inventory provider. The good thing about this being an outsourced, regulated, independent is that we are not seen to be being biased toward the landlord or the tenant. The landlord gets an in-depth document and record of their property with photographs all the way through (a standard document is minimum 35 pages long) and the tenant gets the same, knowing that the landlord will expect the property back in that condition (give or take) and that they cannot be "diddled" for their deposit if they hand the property back in a clean and tidy condition. Standards can be subjective, my clean and your clean will always be different, but this way there is a consistent message from an independent judge - the perfect answer.
