Welcome to our December Newsletter from Spencers Agents! I don't want to harp on about Christmas all newsletter but it is the pink elephant in the room throughout December so I will get the formality out of the way by saying Merry Christmas to everyone, whether you celebrate it or not.
 I am not known for my Christmassy behaviour and have been mocked for this; I am a firm believer though that Christmas should only be mentioned in December and not before! #Thatisall
So, we have had an incredibly successful month of November. Viewing volumes are lower than October but the quality of the leads are better at this time of year as the "tourists" don't tend to want to head out and view properties when it is cold and raining (that could be June couldn't it?!).
We have also taken on a project this month working with Sheffield Hallam University and so watch this space for more news on this; we are really excited about it.
