Using Stock Photos & Help

If you have a Website or social media -- you need to read this!  We have seen these situations when one innocently uses an image online, and ends up being penalized.

You must have permission to use copyrighted images, and sometimes it just isn't clear or the terms can be confusing.  It may feel like you need to be an image expert to stay legal!

Fortunately, that isn't necessarily the case.  If stock images will meet your needs, then they can be a great way to protect yourself from angry photographers and lawsuits. 

In the cases above, the business was forced to pay excessive fees for using the images, and remove them from their site.  The manager of the social media account received a notice with a mark against their account.
