COOKIE BITES FOR THE WEEK:

Operation Sweet Treat Cookie Sale (OST)

All sales for Operation Sweet Treat should be reported in Snap.  Run the Girl Cookie Totals Summary report to view the totals reported by each participating girl, and OST sales are recorded in the CShare column.

As a reminder, troops that do not report all their OST sales are disqualified from earning troop bonus proceeds. If you missed entering your sales or notice any errors on your Girl Cookie Totals Summary report, notify your Service Unit Cookie Manager or council product sales staff immediately.

360 Sales Level Rewards Choice

Regardless of your troop proceeds plan selected, if you have girls who reached the 360 sales level, be sure you have selected their reward choice in Snap. You can verify if a selection has been made by clicking on the Recognitions icon, View Recognition Order and then double-clicking on your recognition order on the grid in Snap. If you do not indicate a girl's reward choice, the default selection is Camp Thanks-a-Lot. If you did not make a selection, notify your Service Unit Cookie Manager or council product sales staff immediately.

Check Your Troop Balance Summary Report

Be sure to run your Troop Balance Summary report in Snap and check the transfers in and out of your troop cookie inventory. Any cookies you received from cookie cupboards, other troops or COCOdirect sales will be listed under "Transfers In" and any cookies you transferred to other troops will be listed under "Transfers Out." If you find any discrepancies, notify council product sales staff so the error can be fixed prior to the final ACH withdrawal.
