National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend

Councils across the country will be celebrating National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend this upcoming weekend, February 7 and 8. Like last year, the goal of the weekend is to spread the fun and excitement of the Girl Scout Cookie Program with everyone. Activities surrounding the event include a Twitter party at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 5, special cookie-themed news coverage, troop activities and a special National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend patch available in the council shops.

Stay connected during National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend by following both P2P and GSUSA on their social media outlets. You can also post your own photos, create tweets and post on Facebook using the hashtag #cookieboss. For ideas on social media messaging, please click here.

Cookie Entrepreneurship Program

New this year, older Girl Scouts can take cookie sales to a new level- by empowering a contact at their favorite business to sell cookies from their storefront.

Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors who have a personal contact with a local business may set up one unattended booth, as long as the business does not normally host attended cookie booths. Details about this new program can be found here under the Cookie Resources for Girls tab.

Fund Development
Operation Sweet Treat

Operation Sweet Treat, our council-wide service project that sends Girl Scout cookies to our servicemen and women, is in full swing and you can be a part of it too!

Even if you don't want to eat the cookies yourself, you can purchase a box from your local Girl Scout or cookie booth to help support this great cause. Our OST goal this year is 26,000 boxes of cookies and 1,000 letters of encouragement to send along with the sweet treats.

You can also donate directly to the Operation Sweet Treat campaign through our Donate Now page
