The Chopping Block
We're Making a List & Checking it Twice
It's the time of year for list making. Right now, we're focused on our holiday shopping lists, but soon, we'll be starting the new year's resolution lists. If one of your goals is to learn to cook, or eat healthier, our just-released January calendars will help you cross those wishes off your list.

Our Fresh Start class will help you reinvent how you cook in the new year. Feel good about eating dishes like Miso-Ginger Poached Halibut with Leeks, Spinach and Soba Noodles.

Health and Wellness Chef Alia Dalal kicks off a three-class series on clean-eating in 2015. In January's class, you'll learn to build meals around plant-based protein sources such as nuts, beans, whole grains, seeds and vegetables. Create dishes like Mushroom Lentil Tacos with Pickled Shallot and Pistachio Crema with these inexpensive, flavorful and nutrient-filled ingredients. Take all three Clean in '15 classes and get 10% off!
