Think Tropical with Mango
|
The mango tree is considered sacred in India, the land of the fruit's origin. We think mangoes are pretty special this time of year, too!
The stone fruit's fragrant flesh is one of our chefs' favorites. They love to use mango in desserts, smoothies, as a complement to spice and as the perfect pairing to seafood. Mangoes are juicy and exotically sweet. But how do you know what to look for when buying them? And just how are you supposed to cut those slippery suckers and avoid that tricky pit?
Shelley shows you how to select and cut a mango in our latest video.
