Moms and Lots More in May
May is a time for celebrations. First, there's Mom. Think she doesn't want to cook on her special day? Wrong! She'd love to spend it with you in our kitchens. Remember, we do all of the set up and clean up, so you're just left with the fun of cooking and eating.

Mom & Daughter Cook Our Mother's Day weekend lineup of cooking classes include:

Moms & Mimosas: Treat Mom to a delicious and relaxing brunch.
Mama Mia: Transport your Mom to Italy for an unforgettable meal.
Kids Cook with Mom: Choose from lunch or dinner menus to make a meal with Mom and create memories she'll always cherish.

Our Bailey Phillips is about to embark on an international culinary adventure with her mom. Read about it in her latest blog.

May is also the month to celebrate Mexican heritage and pride with margaritas and a fiesta feast on Cinco de Mayo. Need to brush up on your Spanish? See details on our new multilingual class below.

Next month is the official start to grilling season on our patio. Down south in Memphis, the best barbeque champions from all over the world will converge on the city to smoke the competition. We'll create our own winning recipes in our upcoming Memphis in May classes.

At a Culinary Crossroads? Consider Boot Camp

"I have always dreamt of going to culinary school, but worried if it would be a mistake to invest the money and years of my life, without ever having set foot in a professional kitchen. What if I didn't like it?"

Food blogger Veronica LaPinske was at a crossroads in her life. In order to get a better understanding of what professional culinary school would entail, we invited her to attend Culinary Boot Camp. She documented her week-long experience in her blog, A Cook's Canvas. Read her journey here.
