As summer starts to wind down, our canning efforts ramp up. With the beautiful food we've seen at local farmers' markets lately, there's no better time to learn to can than now.

Husband and wife team Mario and Stephanie Scordato join forces for the ultimate Food and Beer Pairing class next month.

Scordatos Chef Mario will prepare a sumptuous multi-course meal, while Stephanie, a certified cicerone (think sommelier for beer), discusses unique craft beer pairings. Give your tastebuds a treat with dishes like Seared Scallops with Celery Root Puree and Pomegranate Sauce Vert paired with Great Divide Colette.
