Everyone Loves an EGG
It's not often we see an EGGhead this young. But Olivia, the daughter of customer Mike Smith of Mission Press loves everything that comes off the EGG. Her favorite is Smoked Brisket with Smoky Eggplant Garlic Bread.
Here's Mike's recipe for the bread: Slice eggplant, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and add garlic cloves. Wrap it all in foil, leaving a 1" hole. Smoke for about 2 hours at 225 degrees. Spread onto fresh bread with goat cheese. Absolute perfection!
