Praise Reports:

 

Join with Chuck and Beth Bradshaw in thanking God for the hospitality of relatives and friends while they are in the USA for the Home Ministry Assignment through September 7.  Also give thanks to God for the new people who are interested in partnering with their mission and for the Lord's appointment of a priest-in-charge for their sending congregation in Maine.

 

Praise God with Brian and Mary Jane Dennison for six wonderful years of missionary service in Uganda and for the blessing that Heritage International School is to missionary kids in Uganda.

 

Give thanks to God with Grant and Wendy LeMarquand in Ethiopia for the miraculous recovery of 9 year old Gatlak Kuel, son of one of their priests, who fell on his head out of a tree.

 

 

With Jessica Hughes in Uganda, give  thanks for all God has done in the semester that is drawing to a close, and prayers for protection for the students at Uganda Christian University as they move into ministry during the upcoming long holiday.

 

 

Praise God with Gregory and Heidi Whitaker in Cambodia for the safe and healthy birth of daughter Ivy Marie on July 14. Also give thanks for the growth and strengthening of their international congregation.

 

 

 

Prayer Requests:

 

Lift up SAMS missionary Kathy Decker and her son Jack and his wife Anna as they grieve the death of their infant son Benjamin on August 12, 2014.  Pray for the Lord's comfort.

 

 

 

Please pray with Chuck and Beth Bradshaw for the Lord to be glorified in what they share about their mission while visiting churches.  Pray the Lord blesses them with stamina and safety on the road.  Also ask the Lord for insight about the potential for SAMS Bridgers to serve with them in Mityana, Uganda and for direction for the their ministry in the coming year.

 

Brian and Mary Jane Dennison in Uganda ask for prayer for new monthly supporters to help sustain their mission going forward.

 

Lift up Shaw and Julie Mudge and their continued mission of online course work in Belize and elsewhere. They also ask prayers for the upcoming ordinations and the Synod in Belize.  Pray also for their daughter Lydia who will serve in Honduras in 2015 as a SAMS Bridger. Pray for Shaw as he prepares a presentation at an upcoming missions workshop presentation in the Diocese of Albany.

 

Please pray for the Lord's financial provision for the ministry of Allen and Rachel Hill in Peru. Lift up their upcoming Alpha courses, for the development of pastoral visitation teams, and for a growth in prayer at the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd, Lima.

 

Pray with Grant and Wendy LeMarquand, for the many people coming to Wendy in Gambella, Ethiopia, for severe medical problems recently. 

 

Gregory and Heidi Whitaker in Cambodia ask your prayers for the ongoing development of the Khmer lay pastors and for a deepening of faith in the village churches.
