Getting to your mission site
Congratulations! You know where your team is serving and when you are to be there.
Six to nine months ahead of time you'll need to book travel to your host country.
For a group over ten in size, booking group travel is the most efficient and least stressful travel option.
A knowledgeable travel agent can help with group travel and secure the best price for your team.
While group travel may, or may not be, less expensive than individual airfare, there are advantages to booking a group fare.
- You will pay a non-refundable deposit to save space for your team. Two to three months later you are required to submit your complete name list and make your full payment.
- The window between deposit and name submission allows the team leader flexibility regarding changes in the team membership.
- Should you have a last-minute change in your team membership, group travel is more flexible than individual travel and name changes are often allowed - sometimes without a change fee.
Make sure all passports are valid six months after you return from your host county.

Happy Trails!!
