Join with missionary associate Margarita Grachen in praise to God that Osman Hope-the ministry that partnered with the Diocese of Honduras to support at-risk children-will be celebrating the graduation of their first three high school graduates in December. These children will be the first in their families to obtain a high school diploma.

 

 

The WhitakersJoin with Gregory and Heidi Whitaker, serving in Cambodia, as they give thanks to the Lord for their transition to their new home country and for all who have made that go smoothly.

Praise the Lord with Chuck and Beth Bradshaw  for all the ways the Lord is providing for them in Uganda, especially for keeping them healthy and the Thanksgiving dinner invitation from new friends and the students they are working with.

Please join Bishop Todd and Patsy McGregor in prayer for the Diocese of Toliara strategic planning meeting held on Nov. 26-27 and for their first Synod Nov. 28-Dec. 1.

 

 

 

Amanda Scott asks prayers for Gina, a 17-year-old girl with mental illness. Pray that a home can be found for her.

 

Lift up Mike and Betty Kaszer and their HondurasThe Kaszers  Mission Trip in 2014 to help missionaries Mike and Kim Miller. Pray for God's provision and the other people he has already ordained to be a member of this team. Pray for the Lord to raise up a music leader.

 

In December Margarita Grachen will attend the annual meeting of the Osman Hope board in Honduras. Please pray for the planning to be directed by God for His glory and the welfare of Honduran children.

 

The MarentesPlease pray for Juan Bernardo and Maria Isabel Marentes, that Maria would have a full recovery of her injured ankles and that she would have more opportunities to reach the families of their local primary school with the Gospel. Juan continues to give thanks for his recovery from Guillain-Barre Syndrome.

 

Pray for God's peace and the Lord's protection of Brian and Mary Jane Dennison, and all in Kampala, as they receive warnings of a possible terrorist attack. 

 

Join with Bishop Grant and Wendy LeMarquandThe LeMarquands  in praying for blessing on all who partner with them in their work with the poorest people in Gambella: the lay readers, the Mothers' Union, the clergy, the Gambella Anglican Centre staff, and all their parishioners who serve in these communities. The LeMarquands are very grateful for this opportunity to serve the poorest of this region.

 

The HoodsLift up new missionaries Jason and Emily Hood and their family as they begin their ministry in Tanzania.  Pray that all the hurdles of integrating into a new culture go smoothly.

Jessica Hughes, serving in Uganda, asks prayers  for protection as she travels to four dioceses to supervise students on their pastoral placements next week.

 

 

 

 

Gregory and Heidi Whitaker are asking for prayers for the development of leadership and the preservation and deepening of unity in the church, both Khmer and international. They also ask prayers for the provision of a car. 

 

The VivancosPlease lift up missionaries Roberto and Cameron  Vivanco and their son Graham for safe travel and fruitful visits as they connect with supporting churches while they are on Home Ministry Assignment through Dec. 3.

 

 Jeannie Loving

 

Join with missionary Jeannie Loving in praying for  all the farmers in Honduras with crop failures. Ask that the Lord would provide for the needs of these farmers.

 

The ParksPlease lift up John and Susan Park as they transition back to the United States from serving 28 years in Peru and Honduras. Susan asks prayers for cataract surgery that she will need in the new year.

 

Please pray with Chuck and Beth Bradshaw that their Ugandan work permits will come through and God will cover and expedite the process. Also pray for the Lord to raise up a team of interns to serve with them there, and for their formation of a mission experience for this team.

 The Vanderbijls

Lift up candidates Johann and Louise Vanderbijl's  their trip to Gambela, Ethiopia, this December. Pray for all the details of their flights and travel to be secure and for safe travel.

 

  
The ChavesDavid and Lucy Chaves in Kenya ask prayers for David's immigration status and speedy processing of his documents to remain in Kenya. Also please pray for their month-long mission to Siaya in Western Kenya during December.
