Prayer Requests:

Please lift up the family of SAMS Board member John Macdonald as they mourn the passing of John's father,  Somerled Macdonald, on December 21, 2012.

Please pray for water for the region of Gambella, Ethiopia, where SAMS missionaries, Grant and Wendy LeMarquand are serving.  They have not had any water in over four days and disease risks are high.

Praise Report:

Join us in praising the Lord for the work He did at Urbana.  SAMS built 75 new relationships and renewed relationships with Senders.  We are grateful for the 12 inquirers who are seriously considering missionary service with SAMS.  We are so very thankful for our SAMS team of 10 members, two of which came all the way from South East Asia.  For photos and a more detailed report, visit our blog post and facebook album.

Join us in thanksgiving for the wedding of Summer Twyman to Guy Benton, both SAMS missionaries.  Summer and Guy will be serving together in Cambodia where Summer has served for the last 3 years.

Thank you for praying for SAMS and your missionaries!
