Southwest LRT West Lake Station
Representatives of the City of Minneapolis Public Works Department, the Southwest Project Office and Hennepin County will present an update on the Southwest LRT West Lake Station project design at the next meeting of the West Calhoun Neighborhood Council.
CIDNA residents are invited to attend.
West Calhoun Neighborhood Council meeting Tuesday, October 14 5:30 p.m. Bakken Museum 3537 Zenith Ave S Map The update on the Southwest LRT West Lake Station project design will include pedestrian access and landscaping improvements gained through the savings resulting from the recent mediation with the Metropolitan Council. Council Member Palmisano will discuss how the project will continue to be shaped now that municipal consent has been granted by the City of Minneapolis. Project representatives will provide information regarding how residents can influence the project and voice their opinions on project particulars over the upcoming months.

Burnham Bridge Construction Public Meeting
Minneapolis Public Works will be renovating the Burnham Bridge over the channel in 2015.
Construction will be on the small bridge over the channel (see A on the map below). Work will require closing the bridge for the entire 2015 construction season.
