New Apartment Project in CIDNA            

 
You are invited to a meeting with Trammell Crow Company
to explore possible designs for an apartment building on
the site of Tryg's Restaurant (3118 W Lake St).    
 
CIDNA Meeting for Trammell Crow/Tryg's Apartment Project

Alternatives being considered include an 11-story building with a dedicated
pocket park facing the Midtown Greenway. This will be a meeting of the
CIDNA Land Use and Development Committee. Preliminary drawings,
perspectives and shadow studies will be presented. You will have an opportunity
to comment on possible designs and project issues. Another public meeting will
be held in the coming weeks or months after a firm proposal is presented by
the developer.

Southwest LRT Town Hall Meetings             

 
Meeting topic: Southwest LRT Studies in the Kenilworth Corridor  

 

The Metropolitan Council will host facilitated public community meetings on
January 7 & 9, 2014 focused on three studies that are currently underwayin the Kenilworth area: freight rail, water resources, and landscaping/greenscaping.
