  • Trinity Pines has 25 students hired for our 2014 Summer Staff Ministry Team
  • 13 of the 25 students are returning from last summer
  • For the first time, we have 3 Management Interns
  • 9 of our students have already served at least 2 summers

Sagemont RV Club
We are extremely grateful for the Sagemont RV Club's recent volunteer projects at Trinity Pines. They constructed bunk beds that will be used in the New Lodge and did landscaping work around the office area.
 
These faithful volunteers come each fall and spring and have for many years. They have been a wonderful blessing to Trinity Pines!

New Lodge Updates
 
The New Lodge will be open for rental this month!!! Final touches are being made on the interior. We cannot say enough thanks to all of those who have contributed time, money, and resources to prepare this beautiful new option for our guests. With 8 rooms and 8 beds in each room (1 queen bed and 3 bunk beds), this will be a wonderful option for all sorts of groups and ages.

MARCH AND APRIL PROJECTS

Our SOWER Volunteers amaze and inspire us. The New Lodge is near completion, thanks to the hard work of these and so many volunteers who have faithfully served in the past nine months.

 

In addition to all of the work in the New Lodge, the volunteers also replaced 18 bathroom doors, completed the painting in Lott Worship Center, and repainted the salad bar.

TOM ROOTS - NEW DIRECTOR AT TIMBERLINE BAPTIST CAMP

Tom Roots recently accepted the position as Director of Timberline Baptist Camp in Lindale, TX. Tom, who was Trinity Pines Assistant Director, and his family have been serving at Trinity Pines since 2010. Tom and each member of his family have had a wonderful impact on so many aspects of our ministry over the past 4 years, most notably in the areas of guest services and volunteer ministry coordination. Aaron Roots faithfully served in the Snack Shack for the past 2 summers. Shannon was generous with her photography skills and took many pictures of staff and volunteers. Each of the Roots will certainly be missed, but we celebrate with them how God has used them in our ministry and community and know that He will continue to use them greatly in their new ministry.

Trinity Pines Staff & Board congratulate Tom, Shannon, Aaron, Ashton, and Austin as they begin this next step in their lives and ministry.
