Each summer, Trinity Pines receives reports of salvation and other spiritual decisions made by campers. Camp Overflow was overwhelmed by God's goodness in bringing 159 children to faith this past summer. Another 159 made other commitments and decisions for the Lord.

Here is one ministry leader's experience:

"Last Summer we brought several kids from a government subsidized apartment complex to Camp Overflow with us. Many of these kids have a hard life and don't always mesh well with the "church kids." While we were all at camp together, away from the usual stressors and distractions, the children from both groups relaxed and then the social, ethnic and spiritual barriers came down.

Our kids sang with abandon during the Praise and worship sessions. They even wrote their own songs and sang them in the dorms. I think those praise times were a beautiful picture of what heaven will be like...people of all colors praising God!"

Do you know a high school or college aged individual who LOVES to serve? Know someone who would love to be a lifeguard or facilitator on our high ropes course? Each summer we hire 25-30 young people to serve on our team. They will experience the joy of serving Christ and our guests for 10 weeks. Our summer staff serves in the kitchen, housekeeping, grounds as well as lifeguarding and high ropes. If you can think of someone who may be interested, please have them call 936-594-5011 or email
