Much like the rest of the state and much of the nation, here at Trinity Pines we have had an unusually wintery winter!
These are pics from 2 of our 3 snow days.

Summer Ministry Team

Do you know a high school or college aged individual that LOVES to serve? Know someone that would love to be a lifeguard or facilitator on our high ropes course? Each summer we hire 25-30 young people to serve on our team.  They will experience the joy of serving Christ and our guests for 10 weeks. Our summer staff serves in the kitchen, housekeeping, grounds as well as lifeguarding and high ropes. If you can think of someone that may be interested please have them contact Tom Roots by calling the camp phone number or by email at tom@trinitypines.org.

This month Trinity Pines Conference Center was privileged to serve as the host facility for the local
Awaken RevivalThis was a city-wide crusade led by a team of pastors from 10 sponsor churches.

Four services were held throughout the weekend, including the Sunday morning service, bringing together members of all of the participating local churches.

The services were held in the Mary Helen Smith Worship Center, fellowship time in the Coffee Shop,
and the combined choir rehearsal in a MHS Conference Room.

How inspiring to see the Church, Christ's Body, come together in cooperation, community, and celebration.

Here is a portion of Dorcas Wills Memorial Baptist Church Pastor Jared Burt's facebook post following the event:

"Also, thank you to all the pastors. As Heath mentioned, it is unusual for there to be such cooperation and unity among pastors. I feel we are of one heart and one soul. One of the greatest joys has been making friendships with these men of God - praying together and serving together. I personally believe Awaken wasn't the finale or event the climax, but just the beginning of what God will do through His church in Trinity, the pillar and buttress of truth. May we continue to seek His kingdom and may it transform the whole city! Grace and peace to you in our Lord Jesus Christ, Jared Burt. #Awaken2014

Please join Pastor Burt and the entire body of believers in the surrounding areas in praying for the Trinity County community.
