As this year draws to a close, STC Management held the 2012 Year-End Party to show appreciation to our clients.
Our Officer, John Hsu, and Investment Manager, Dalerie, presented to our esteemed guests the commercial real estate outlook in upcoming year, and the structural improvements the STC Management will bring to our clients.

YMCA Turkey Trot
YMCA 火雞快跑成功舉行
31th San Gabriel Valley YMCA Turkey Trot has successfully finish it's last lap in 2012!
It was a great day for runners. Almost 500 runner came came out not just to run, but also to support the local YMCA on their great cause. This fundraising event will raise money for kids from needy families so they can fully participate in summer camps, afterschool care, and sports programs. STC Collaboration was proud to be involved in this event. We've send our most virile and healthy representative, Henry Huang for the run. Well, let's just say, the competition was quite fierce! The largest sponsorship came from Greater Los Angeles New Car Dealers Association.

San Gabriel Valley YMCA is looking to open new programs dedicated to Rowland Heights residents in 2013. The Rowland Heights children will have more opportunities to participate in these wonderful programs!
第三十一屆聖蓋博谷 YMCA 火雞快跑活動在感恩節前夕成功舉辦！
當天天氣非常適合跑步，將近500人參賽並支持本地 YMCA。這次募款活動將為本地需要資助的孩子及其家人籌得善款，使他們能夠參與夏令營、課後輔導、和運動項目。STC 順天聯合很榮幸參與其中，我們派出最健壯的代表 Henry Huang 參加了賽跑，在激烈的角逐中取得了令人滿意的成績！大洛杉磯地區新車經銷商協會為活動給予了大力的贊助。
