Irene T. Pierce Executive Director

It has been both an honor and a pleasure serving as the Executive Director of the Lake County Health Department/Community Health Center for the past five years. When I first joined the Health Department as an assistant director of the Medical Services Division in 1990, my plan was to only stay for two years. It is amazing how the time has flown by, and after 23 years it is time for my retirement. Click here to read more.

Sincerely,

Irene Pierce

Lake County residents have convenient and affordable ways to keep their pets up to date with shots and rabies tags through the low-cost clinics offered through the Health Department's Animal Care and Control Program.
