California elementary and middle school students are invited to participate in this contest. The contest, a twenty year tradition, has a primary goal of educating students to be safe and wise in or near the water. One winner from each grade level (K-8th) has their poster selected to be featured in the department's water and boating safety calendar. Historic Anaheim is excited to have Tiffany K. be selected as the winner in the 6th grade division. Other Historic Anaheim students had their artwork chosen as finalists.
