Take advantage of the nice fall weather and spend some time outdoors. Pack a picnic lunch and head to Oakland Mills Park. The Oakland Mills Nature Center is open from 1:00 to 5:00 on Saturdays and Sundays until October 15th. Check out the exhibits. Then spend a little time on one of the nature trails or visit the resident bobcat and red-tail hawks.

Mt. Pleasant Community School now has late starts every Monday!  As a result, we are offering Club M on Monday mornings from 8 AM-9:15 AM for students grade K-11.  Like Wednesday's Club M, Monday has mentors available for games, crafts and fun!  We have teamed up with many classes over at Iowa Wesleyan College and at this point have a few openings for more Mt. Pleasant students to join!  Please call Cassie or Heidi at 385-8126 for more information or if you're interested in signing up for Club M Mondays!

Healthy Henry County Communities is planning a Healthy Halloween Walk on October 27th from 2-5 PM at East Lake Park!  There will be many different activity stations to visit and Club M will be there!  Mark your calendars!!

There will be NO Club M on Wednesday, October 2nd in Mt. Pleasant or Winfield and NO Monday Club M in Mt. Pleasant on October 7th!
