Schedules Public Information Sessions on
Maryland's Transition Plan

DHMH is tasked with submitting a statewide transition plan to meet the criteria set forth in the new HCBS "community setting" regulations.  DHMH wants you to be aware of the regulations and its components. Most importantly, DHMH wants to hear from you --- your thoughts, concerns and suggestions --- regarding these changes or others you might suggest to ensure that the transition plan reflects and furthers your priorities.

DHMH has scheduled Public Information Sessions
