Changes in the Downtown Store Deli

Thanks for making our first weeks in the new Co-op Bakery Cafe so awesome. We are very appreciative of your support!

Now it's time to turn our attention to renovations in our Downtown store. Please be aware of the following temporary changes in the Downtown store deli during renovation (August through October).

We will continue to offer:
  • coffee, tea, espresso, and smoothies
  • hot cereal (in the morning)
  • a choice of two hot soups
  • made-to-order sandwiches
  • cold salads, sides, sandwiches and entrees to-go from the deli and grab-n-go cases
There will be:
  • no daily hot specials
  • no seating area
  • no microwave
  • no indoor restrooms (porta potty will be located outside the store, we also have restrooms across the street at the bakery cafe)
Co-op customers are welcome to bring their deli food across the street to sit down and enjoy at the Co-op Bakery Cafe, or join us at the Cordata store for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Thank you for your cooperation while we continue to improve our co-op!
