Father's voice... encouraging division? separation? lack of genuine love toward one another, as brethren? Those of us who are attempting to hide behind our Heavenly Father's voice are actually attempting to run and hide from it... from His true voice, which is calling us out. Can we tell the difference, anymore, between the voice of the Lord versus our own heart, our own imagination? We make time for what is important unto us, we are as busy as we want to be, and our money is already going... already flowing... into that which our hearts truly value and hold in affection. What do we choose to hide behind? Exactly all that Jesus taught we would choose to hide behind in these days, seven things which will rob us of (or hinder us from) walking in perfect (mature) love, first and foremost toward one another and toward the whole world. Here they are, the seven things we are choosing to hide behind: "...father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also..."; so as, to avoid having the Lord deal with us, in our own hearts, regarding the revelatory truth of His Gospel of the Cross of Christ. The temperature around the world is being heated, turned up, to just the right temperature and the perfect flame; so that everything we have been concealing in our hearts (as far as idols, and false trusts) will be made plain. Have we allowed High Priest-Melchizedek to cut the purse strings to our earthly, or natural, mommy's and daddy's money?
Luke 14: 16-20 (KJV) 16 Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper (*Feast of Tabernacles), and bade many: 17 And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready. 18 And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused. 19 And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused. 20 And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.
