Kids Fest!
Thank you to everyone who came out to Kids Fest on February 23! FND's 4th Annual Kids Fest was held at the Greater Palm Harbor YMCA on Saturday, February 23. The weather was perfect and over 100 families joined us to celebrate children. We'd like to thank the vendors who brought information and activities, including the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Verizon, Pathfinder Outdoor Education, Kidz Club, DisAbility Achievement Center, and Hugs First Kisses Later.  We want to give a shout out to FND's young adult group for baking cupcakes, putting together all of the carnival games and providing the entertainment! |

Staff Bio
Kirk Goulbourne
IT Coordinator / LMS Administrator
Kirk Goulbourne was born in Jamaica. In addition to English, he speaks Patios, which is a Jamaican dialect. Kirk enjoys outdoor activities like biking, fishing, and camping. He joined FND in 2011 as the IT Coordinator and LMS Administrator, which means he makes sure that FND staff has the resources they need to provide the training, information and resources to families across Florida.
Kirk also maintains FND University, a 24-hour, online distance learning system that allows you to take a variety of trainings from the comfort of your own home or office. Trainings include topics such as Understanding IDEA, Parental Engagement, Effective Communication, Elder Care Selection, Child Care Selection, Budgeting and Saving, Effective Business Communication and much more.
