RSA Service Team Reorganizes to Better Serve CustomersService
Robert Conway now serves as the Director of Service Operations. He oversees RSA's Customer Service, the Output Management Team and the Training and Documentation departments.

Senior Technical Analyst, Mike Schroeder was recently promoted to Manager of the WebCRD Install Team. He works with Service, RSA's internal groups and partners to ensure an efficient and quality install process.

Now serving as Manager of WebCRD Help Desk Support Team is Gayle Shalvoy. Her responsibilities are to create better customer satisfaction through timely response and resolution of post installation Service cases. The support team aims to improve our response times, resolution times and quality through refining our internal processes and customer education to improve the customer experience.
