RDO Import to WebCRD™ Catalog New Featurefeatures

 

WebCRD™ can now import RDOs- with ticketing- right into the WebCRD catalog.  All that is needed is an RDOPrint license.  This new feature streamlines the RDO conversion and import process so documents can be ordered from the catalog.

RSA Expands Sales Coverage, adds Ben Parker in new Southeast regionSales

 

RSA has expanded it's sales resources to support sales growth, adding Ben Parker Director, Business Development, in the newly created Southeast Territory. 

Ben has over 20 years' experience selling Production Workflow Solutions. Most recently, he was a Production Specialist and Advanced Solutions Consultant at Xerox Corporation, selling and implementing digital production workflow automation, variable data, and third party integrated solutions. Based in South Carolina near Atlanta, Ben will cover six southeastern states and Puerto Rico.

If you haven't heard University of Pittsburg Medical Center (UPMC) and Penn State University's "A Tale of Two In-plants: Achieving & Attaining Web-to-print Success" webinar presentation, it is not too late. The replay, slides and white paper are available online. Listen to learn how UPMC has increased volume 20% and how Penn State plans to overcome a failed in-house web to print solution using WebCRD with a strong implementation and marketing plan.

At a follow-up webinar on June 24, UPMC and Penn State will offer an update on their progress in achieving and attaining web to print success with RSA's WebCRD™.

In December, RSA WebCRD customers entered our In-Plant Print Center Marketing contest. Winners were awarded a plaque and lunch courtesy of RSA. Entries will be featured in our spring multi-channel campaign and were mentioned in an In-plant Graphics article. All submissions will be available on our online Customer Forum soon so others may learn from these leaders. Watch the RSA website for short stories about each winner. Winners were:
