New WebCRD release shipping now. QDirect 5.0 in January 2014 As announced in September, the next release of WebCRD™ is available for new orders and is shipping now. The release includes features for in-plants to grow volume, add services and further automate workflows, including: a new invoicing feature and a faster and easier to use print driver (SurePDF™). QDirect V5.0 , scheduled for release in January 2014, adds: a new job ticketing User Interface (UI), the enablement of production print integration into more workflows by receiving and sending jobs using JDF/JMF, and more job scheduling and load balancing abilities. Additional faces in RSA's Service Team
After 14 1/2 years, Customer Service Administrator, Paula Kuempel, the "voice" of the RSA Service department is retiring in late December. Julie Chamberlain has joined us to replace Paula. Julie is seasoned in technical support, bringing a diverse background to RSA. Other new faces on the Service team are John Gruschow, a WebCRD Technical Analyst, and David Sullivan, Transform Technical Analyst.
