We have been asked a couple of times if an Electric Stihl 250 will work with a lumbermill.  The 250 recently replaced the 220 in the Stihl line of electric chainsaws.  So, I recently bought one specifically to test if they are compatible. 

The good news is that it works just fine on the 250.  Follow this link to see a video.  We only used the saw once (for the video) and are now looking to find it a new home (we use a band saw). $780 includes the chainsaw, bar, chain, & lumber mill brackets.  We only have the one saw.
