Has Dick Alford had an impact on your life?  (He sure has on mine).  Dick introduced me to ice carving and Sarah (my wife).  Dick has been a part of the Medina Ice Festival for the last 21 years & I decided to call Saturdays (2/14/15) competition the- "Chef Richard Alford 1 Block Challenge"

Right after awards please join us for a party ($20/person) featuring live music!  There will also be a roast for Chef that night :)
