Fellow Carver, Ice Centerpieces are a great way to open up a new source of revenue. Currently the florists have a lock on centerpieces, we need to spend more energy as an industry turning floral centerpieces into ice centerpieces. Floral centerpieces tend to be priced from $65- $100/ea. What could you make with that budget? Would you rather sell one $400 sculpture or 20 $100 sculptures? In August we made 338 "D" (Detroit themed)centerpieces for an event in Nashville. A big thank you Duane and his crew for help with the set up.
