As ice artists we are always faced with the water collection issue.  After testing, we have found that the pans pictured below are ideal for large bars.  25" x 49" with plenty of capacity for holding water until the party is over.  Bar lights sealed in plastic bags illuminate ice bars nicely when placed below the grid.  Follow this Link to learn more.
