Fellow Carver,
Joe Rimer gave us a few tips when freezing in fish & they were very helpful.
When freezing fish in the ice-
Use fresh fish, not frozen
Rinse the fish before it goes in the tank
Once the fish is attached to the ice, change the water daily until the fish is cover in ice.
