Here is a great cheesecake recipe that is tasty and low calorie! Skinny Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Servings: 9 * Size: 1 square Calories: 150 * Fat: 7.5 g * Protein: 5 g * Carb: 15 g Fiber: 0.5 g * Sugar: 10 gSodium: 57.5 mg Ingredients: - cooking spray
- 1/2 cup (50g) crushed chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp light butter, softened
- 8 oz package reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 oz fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbspall purpose flour
- 1 oz Baker's semi-sweet dipping chocolate
- 18 raspberries
Directions: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick spray. Mix together graham cracker crumbs and butter with a fork until mixed through. Press evenly into bottom of prepared pan. Gently beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually beat in fat free yogurt, egg whites and flour., do not over beat. Pour over graham cracker crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool to room temperature then chill a few hours in the refrigerator.
Cut the cake into 9 slices. Melt the chocolate in the mircowave, 30 seconds at a time until melted, careful not to burn. Use a spatula to drizzle the chocolate all over the top of the cheesecake. Top each piece with 2 raspberries and enjoy!

Manager's Corner |

Hey Everyone!
I hope you all had a great start to the New Year. We have been busy upgrading our store, office, and meeting rooms here at Wine Country RV Park. New paint on the walls and our newest addition, a wine bar to host special tastings from some of our local wineries! Since our place here is a perfect destination to stay and experience the great wines that the Lower Yakima Valley has to offer, it makes perfect sense to invite those wineries to have them come here. We will keep you updated on the times and dates for these events.
The Red Wine and Chocolate weekend is approaching and we still have sites available. Call and make your reservation today for a great weekend dedicated to two great things, wine and chocolate!
As you already know Scott and I will be attending the Seattle RV Show February 6th - 9th. We will also be attending the Portland RV Show, March 5th -9th, at the Portland Expo Center. Come out and meet us there as we will be answering any questions and giving out information about Wine Country RV Park and Prosser, WA. We will also be having daily drawings as well.
Safe Travels!

Prosser Vineyard & Winery makes wine the old fashion way...... By Hand
Prosser Vineyard & Winery is a boutique winery located in Prosser WA, the birthplace of Washington's wine country. We are fairly new to the area but not the wine industry. Bill Jenkin is the former owner and winemaker for award winning Pamo Valley Vineyard & Winery in Ramona CA. He also founded the Ramona Valley Vineyard Association.
Bill relocated to Prosser in 2007 and decided to plant syrah grapes on his 10 acre estate. He then began the process of establishing a boutique winery that will proudly produce wines worthy of carrying the Prosser name.
Together with his wife Lisa, Bill purchased syrah and cabernet sauvignon premium wine grapes from Coyote Canyon Vineyard within the Horse Heaven Hills AVA. The first vintage were released early in 2009. We look forward to sharing our passion with you!
Cheers!
