The Chuck Jones Gallery is pleased to present two new works of art by the animation master, art director, artist, and creator, Mike Peraza. Commissioned by Linda Jones Enterprises in 2012 to contribute work to the Chuck Jones Centennial, Peraza has masterfully, with his trademark wit and technical virtuosity, created two Chuck Jones Homage works, "Bourgeoisie Bunny" and "Pepé of the Opera".
Each of these fine art editions are limited to just 50 examples with 15 Artist Proofs*. Printed on the finest 100% rag paper, "Bourgeoisie Bunny" measures 29.5" x 22" and "Pepé of the Opera" is 24" x 18". Offered at the pre-publication price of just $495.00 unframed.
Any remaining examples will increase in price on December 31, 2012.
Long considered the "go-to" art director for Disney Studios, Mike's career also included working with Chuck Jones. He came to prominence as art director for "The Little Mermaid", the film that began the Disney Renaissance in the late 1980's. His creativity is marked by wit, grace, and masterful execution.
