 Employee Spotlight:

Jordan Cyment, Resort Manager

Before joining Second Home Pet Resort as a Client Service Specialist in DJordan and Saharaecember 2009, Jordan worked for Stonecrest Animal Hospital as a Veterinary Technician, Receptionist and Kennel Attendant.

If you are a regular client, you likely already know Jordan.  She has worked primarily at our front desk but has also worked in Doggy Day Care, as a Guest Service Attendant and also in Grooming.  Jordan was also responsible for saving Dingo, the Chihuahua and Sahara, the Pit Bull, from the streets of Phoenix in April 2011.

In her spare time Jordan enjoys playing with her two dogs - Romeo, a five year old Chihuahua and Delila, a three and a half year old Pit Bull mix she adopted from Second Home Pet Resort.  Jordan is currently taking classes at Glendale Community College toward her degree in Business, and if that isn't enough she is also planning her wedding to fiancee Stephen.

Jordan was promoted to Resort Supervisor in August 2012, and she has proved herself to be a very dedicated and hard-working individual.  We are now extremely excited to announce that Jordan has been promoted to Resort Manager.  In her new role, she will be responsible for supervision of the operations in our Director, Haley's absence, as well as assuming primary responsibility for Guest Services.

Frankie, the Saint Bernard wants to charm his way into your heart!

Unfortunate  economic circumstances forced Frankie's former owners to relocate to    Arizona and move in with relatives. Sadly there was no place for Frankie in their new living arrangements so he came to Arizona Saint Bernard Rescue and now lives with several of his rescue pack members at Second Home Pet Resort. Frankie is a handsome young, 2 year old neutered male Saint who is about 2 years old. This boy still has a lot of puppy left in him. He is very playful and seems to enjoy being a clown and making you laugh. Frankie loves hiking and has fairly good leash manners. He also knows some commands, is very smart and a fast learner. Unfortunately Frankie does not have a lot of social experience with other dogs,so he would do best as the only dog in the house.
