Mondays, November 10 - December 1, 2014

• 4-week evening workshop for separated or divorce parents (including parents who were never married) who wish to explore the impact of separation and divorce more deeply 
      
• learn effective co-parenting and conflict resolution techniques  
       
• fine tune communication skills to fit children's changing needs       
   
• address parenting arrangements and new relationships  
   
• you may attend individually or with your co-parenting partner    
     
• facilitated by 2 mental health professionals; a male and female team   
   
• prior attendance at a Kids First Program strongly recommended
