- how can we as professionals help families who have experienced domestic abuse?
- what are the most effective means of helping children?
- what resources are available for parents in our community?
- what safety plan might work?
- what works with respect to a "PFA" protection order and what doesn't?
- how does a parent handle phone calls without getting verbally harassed?
