Greetings! 

I hope you are having a wonderful summer. It's hard to believe that Labor Day weekend is next week! The Events Committee has been busy planning events for the upcoming year, including the foodie favorite,  Taste of Arlington which will be on Tuesday, October 22, from 6:00 to 8:30 PM at the historic Arlington Town Hall. We expect over 25 restaurants, breweries and wineries to participate in this very popular event. Sponsorship and participant information is posted on the new Taste website  which was designed by member Tess Hartwell of Flavour Strategy. 

  

This fall the Chamber celebrates the opening of a new business, Luv & Other Gifts, and the continued success of  Wanamaker Hardware, which marks 90 years in business this year. The Chamber is also working with the Town and the merchant associations of Arlington Center, Arlington Heights and Capital Square to present a new event, Halloween Trick or Treat in Arlington, and bring back a community favorite, First Lights.
