Check out all the incredible auction items available at the April 16, 2016 Masterpiece Gala & Auction. Can't attend the event, bid remotely on silent auction items alongside us from around the world. All registered bidders and guests will receive a text message alerts throughout the evening
and as the auction prepares to close. All registered bidders agree to comply with the auction rules.
Mobile bidders not attending the event will be responsible for the cost of shipping items
if you are not able to pick them up from the school.

Notice from Old Man Winter:
 If you are deterred from coming out to the Pinery because of the spring snow storm
you can still bid on silent auction items from the comforts of your own home.
Proxy bids may be submitted for live auction items

Masterpiece Gala & Auction Highlights
and Schedule of Events
 

5:00 p.m.
  • Event Check in; Cocktail Attire
  • Silent Auction featuring items such as class creations, front row seats at graduation, summer camps, community sociables, getaways, and ever-popular themed baskets

  • Wine Cork Pull - Take a chance to pull the best vintage

  • Mix & Mingle - Meet new people with open seating and dining and dessert stations. Beer and wine served complimentary at the bar

8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m 
  • Dessert and continued student performances will captivate the crowd
  • Auctioneer and retired Denver Bronco Reggie Rivers will entertain as guests participate in Stand Up for CSS (ie. Raise Your Paddle) and the Live Auction. Live auction items will include such items as 4-week campership at Cheley Colorado Camps in Estes Park and a 7-night luxurious getaway at a Vidanta resort in Mexico.
  • Reggie Rivers will announce the countdown of the Silent Auction at approximately 8:15 p.m.
9:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • Continue to enjoy student entertainment on the main stage.
  • Finish the evening with nightcaps around the campfire overlooking the city.
  • Auction item pickup and checkout following the close of the silent auction and completion of the live auction.
