Parents of students in all divisions are invited to an informational meeting about the

RULER Program, a new CSS program we are using to help our students develop emotional intelligence.

This program was developed and is supported by the  Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, and CSS sent our three Division Lead Teachers in addition to a second teacher from each division to the Yale summer training workshop a couple months ago. 

Parents who attend the meeting on October 7th will hear from this team about philosophy behind the program and will learn about its four anchors: the (1) Charter,
(2) Mood Meter,
(3) Metamoment, and
(4) Blueprint. 

Following this explanation of the program's central components, we will share with you how we are adapting the program to fit each division's needs at CSS.
