Due Monday, August 3!Please take the time to complete the required WebForms and Dean's Packet forms by Monday, August 3, 2015 so that the school can be best prepared for your students as they return to campus.

New RenWeb Forms Ease Completion of CSS Dean's Packet!
Parents/guardians must complete required forms by August 3 in order for students to return to campus for sports, orientations, and the first day of school.
CLICK HERE to watch a 3-minute instructional video for updating your Family Demographic Form. These webforms are located in RenWeb (District Code: TCS-CO). Sections requiring your permissions and updated information and authorizations include:
Student Medical, Over-the-Counter Medications Permission, and Permissions and Release of Liabilities. Additionally, everyone is encouraged to review information listed in custodial parents, emergency contacts, transportation contacts, and grandparent information. Every student should have at least one emergency contact listed who is not a parent/guardian.
These newly created webforms greatly reduce the need for downloaded paper forms; however in some instances a paper form (i.e. Required Annual Physical with physician signature) will still need to be returned to the school.
